The Ministry of Education released (发布) notice in January that restricts (限制) primary and middle school students from 【小题3】 mobile phones to school. Those who still require their phones for some reason must get 【小题4】 teachers’ agreement and must hand their phones over during class time.

According to the World Health Organization, this is worrying as long-time use of smartphones harms children’s eyesight and even the brain 【小题7】.

Many schools have 【小题8】 measures (措施) to limit students’ phone use at school. Li Jisen, 【小题9】 8-year-old boy from Beijing 101 Middle School, agrees with the new policy. “In general, there are more advantages 【小题10】 disadvantages,” he said.

Cooking is supposed to be the 【小题1】 basic living skill for humans.   However, there are many kids who are used to being fed and taken 【小题2】 of everywhere like “little emperors and little princesses”. They can’t tell the 【小题3】 between food materials like leeks (韭菜) and shallots (小葱).       

In order to stress (强调) the importance of hard-working spirit education 【小题4】 students, the Communist Party of China Central Committee recently released (发布) the guidelines.
