Yakutia is a place where temperatures fall to as low as-50℃. Thick clothing doesn't help there. The best way to keep warm is with animal fur(皮毛).

People in La Paz,Bolivia live 3.5 km above sea level(海平面).Hot drinks are a little cooler here because water boils(沸腾)at a lower temperature!
It doesn't rain very often in the Atacama Desert in Chile. In fact,it rained in 1971 for the first time in 400 years!People get water from the fog(雾).And it's a perfect place for studying the stars because the sky is very clear even at night.
In Mali,West Africa,people have to get up early before it gets too hot. Traditionally,they wear clothes that cover all of their body because such clothes can protect them from the high temperature!
