There’s a new AI robot: ChatGPT. The tool is an AI chatbot system. OpenAI brought it to the public in November 2022 to show off and test what a very large, powerful AI system can achieve. ChatGPT remembers the main information of your dialogue, using previous (先前的) questions and answers to provide its replies. It gets the answers from a large amount of information on the Internet.

You can ask ChatGPT anything, like explaining physics, asking for birthday party ideas and getting programming help. Perhaps it’s not smart enough to replace al humans yet, but it can be creative, and its answers can sound very authoritative (权威的).

However, ChatGPT can’t replace Google at present. ChatGPT is a robot that provides replies to your questions, but Google is a search engine in which you can search for as much information as possible. ChatGPT has limited knowledge because of its programming, but Google has unlimited knowledge which is renewed every day.

Internet is educational. Many people think children should be allowed to surf the Internet as they wish. In this way, they can look through different subjects on different kinds of websites according to their own interest. But in my opinion, children should always be watched while surfing the Internet.

Many websites have information and pictures that children should not see. There are many things that children don’t understand. All of these may have some bad ①___ on children’s development. In a word, children should be kept away from anything that could be bad for them. I strongly believe that it is necessary for parents to watch their children when they use the Internet.

The gel (凝胶) called Vetigel is magic! It can stop someone bleeding in just 10 seconds, said the website Medical Device Network, The gel is made from plants. It can stick to a wound and help seal (密封) it. It was invented more than 10 years ago but was only allowed to be used on animals. Now in the US, it has been allowed to be used on humans, too. And get this: according to CGTN, the person from the US was only 17 years old when he invented it!

Flying aid

If people get injured or need help in hard-to-reach areas, drones (无人机) can be of great use. Because they can fly, drones can often offer help faster than people. And they can also make helping people safer for rescuers working in dangerous conditions. The drones can have a camera that can watch your health. They can also carry useful things, like blankets or a life vest (救生衣) to save someone from drowning (溺水).
