Paula and his noodles with tomato soup

How’s it going? I’m in Beijing now, at Beijing International School. I’m in Class 2 with twelve other students. They’re from different countries.

I’m living with a Chinese family. They are very friendly. They like to eat dumplings, noodles and rice. Now I'm very interested in cooking. Yesterday they taught me to make noodles with tomato soup—their favorite food. Now, let me tell you how to make them.

First, cut up some green onions and two tomatoes. Turn on the gas cooker and heat about three teaspoons of oil in a pan. Put in the green onions, then the tomatoes, mix well with the oil and cook for about five minutes. Next pour two bowls of water into the pan and cook for about eight minutes. Then crack two eggs into a bowl, beat it up and pour it slowly into the pan. After one or two minutes, add one teaspoon of salt. Now the soup is OK. Finally, pour the soup over the noodles. Now, please follow these steps. First, mix the cocoa powder and butter in a bowl until you have a smooth paste(酱). Then, add the cocoa powder mixture(混合物) to the hot water and stir(搅拌). Allow the temperature to rise back up. Put the hot mixture into a bowl. Add sugar and stir. Add milk, stir until smooth. At last, put the mixture into different containers(容器). The chocolate will take the shape of the container. You can put it in the fridge to harden(使变硬) it.

This blog also offers many recipes, along with recommendations (推荐) for great restaurants in Berlin, and advice for people who want to start their own blogs. Wednesday Chef has great pictures of its food, as well as interesting pictures of Berlin. The blog got its name because in the past, newspaper published their food articles on Wednesdays.

There are a lot of cooking blogs on the Internet, and most of them are pretty good. Go online and check some of them out. You might be amazed at how much they can help you make your cooking better.
