Health is very important for us. In order to stay healthy， we need to know some common knowledge.
Firstly， pay attention to the diet. We should eat lots of fruit and vegetables， because they are rich in fiber（维生素）and low in fat（脂肪）. As a proverb says， “__________________.” So fruit is good for health. Don’t have a lot of food that contains too much fat， such as butter. Meanwhile（同时）， sweets should be eaten in proper quantity， because too much sugar does harm to us. Dont drink too much coffee， either.
Secondly， exercise is necessary. Regular exercise can help keep us from getting fat. _________________________________________.
Finally， form（养成）good living habits. We should sleep for about 8 hours at night， and never work too hard. Too much work and little sleep will lead to illness. What’s more， stay away from cigarettes.

Once upon a time, there was a boy who was out playing on the beach with his friends. While they were playing, the boy found a stone which looked strange. It wasn’t the same as other stones. Baima Zhuoga is a Tibetan girl. Her school is near Xigaze(日喀则). It is about 4,000 metres above the sea level(海平面). Mount Qomolangma, the highest mountain in the world,stands about 200 kilometres from her school.
The 15—year—old girl studies and lives at Bailang Middle School. Sometimes she walks home, and the trip takes five hours! Sometimes her father drives her in their carriage (马车). It only takes two hours.

Every Wednesday, Zhuoga and her classmates have computer class. But they still can’t surf the Internet.Zhuoga knows about the Internet from books. She wants to try it very much. Zhuoga has a special wish. She wants to be a policeman one day. “Policemen catch bad people. They are cool” said Zhuoga. “I will go to college and make my dream come true!”
