Jeff is forty-eight years old and he comes from England. He works long hours every day, but he is always happy about it.

Jeff usually gets up at 5 o’clock in the morning. Then he goes running at 5:15 am. He often says people should never stop learning, so he reads books about history and art at six every morning. Breakfast starts at 6:30, and after that he goes to school on his old bike.

He usually has three classes in the morning and two in the afternoon. His students love his classes. They say Jeff is good with them and he teaches very well. Jeff eats his lunch and dinner at the school dining hall and then gets home at about 8:30 pm. He often watches TV or listens to some music at home in the evening. After taking a shower, at about 10:15 pm, he goes to bed.
