Do you know how to deal with them? Here is some advice about these.
Learn to relax. Overwork is the main reason why so many students feel tired and stressed. Cut down some of the jobs you need to do each day so that you can only concentrate on the most important things. Leaving time for activities that are relaxing and fun. This might mean reading a good book, listening to the music, going for a walk or taking a relaxing bath.
Get a good night’s sleep. Getting enough sleep will help you keep your body and mind in the best form. If you stay up late and need to get up early for school the next day, you may not be able to concentrate on the things you need to do.
Exercise regularly and eat well. Don’t rush through your meals. Eat less junk food or fast food. Eat healthy food instead.
Get to know pleasant people. Some people are optimistic, while others not. Choose optimistic people as your friends and spend more time with them and you’ll be as happy as them.
Learn to be calm(镇定的)when you face any problem. Find out the best option(选项) from those that are in your mind. Knowing that you are able to solve problems is a good way to build up your self-confidence.
Have a happy attitude(态度). Your attitude decides the way you see things. Is your cup half full or half empty? Learn to think more positively(积极地) about the difficulties you face. Don’t look at the half empty cup in your life.

Last night, Mum was cooking my favorite meal, which is chicken, sweetcorn and noodle soup. She asked if I would like to watch and help. I love cooking with Mum. Mum told me how important it is to eat healthy food that has been cooked at home.
Before I started, I tied my hair back and then washed my hands. First I sliced (切片) the vegetables, carrots, baby corn, onions and celery sticks. I had to be very careful when I used the knife because it is very sharp.
Mum put a big pot on the stove and added the vegetables. I am not allowed to turn on the stove (炉子). That is too dangerous for me. The soup must cook on a low heat for one hour.
Mum and I shredded (切成条状) the cooked chicken meat away from the bone (骨头). What a messy job! I threw the bones and skin (皮) in the bin then washed my hands. I used a large spoon to slowly put the chicken meal into the pot. Mum stood close and watched me.
We added the noodles to the pot last because noodles cook quickly. When the soup was almost ready, it smelled good.
I set the table with spoons and bowls ready for our delicious dinner. Our family like to eat dinner together. We turn off the TV, computers and radios. Then we can talk to each other. We talk about what we have done that day. My dad is funny; he tells jokes at meal times. My young brother and sister enjoyed my soup!
Soup is a quick and healthy meal, and very easy to make. I am learning about feeding my body correctly and learning the favourite family recipes (食谱) from Mum. Cooking is fun and Mum likes it when I help her cook.
