No matter if you’re a morning or night person, when you wake up, your brain is ready to learn. Scientists have found that in the morning, the part of our brain that helps us make decisions and stay focused works better.
Starting your day can be hard, especially when your mind is still waking up. Personally, I’m always unable to think clearly after waking up, and the last thing I can think of doing is packing my bag or choosing what to wear for the day.
To set the scene for your morning, place things in your bedroom that encourage you to start. For example, if you plan to read in the morning, keep a book near your bed. Similarly, if you want to limit your time on social media, make it harder to get to your phone by changing your phone settings.
Dividing the taskBesides focusing on the first step of a given task, dividing the task into smaller stops will not only increase the chances of it getting done, but also have a positive mental effect.
In short, making a morning plan that helps you succeed means planning carefully and staying organized.

We have a lot of homework. Do it early! You can do homework on Saturday morning. And then you can play well. I often do my homework on Saturday morning, so I don't have to be busy on Sunday.

Think about what you like to do. Do sports like playing soccer. Or you can go somewhere interesting.
