Starting your day can be hard, especially when your mind is still waking up. Personally, I’m always unable to think clearly after waking up, and the last thing I can think of doing is packing my bag or choosing what to wear for the day.
To set the scene for your morning, place things in your bedroom that encourage you to start. For example, if you plan to read in the morning, keep a book near your bed. Similarly, if you want to limit your time on social media, make it harder to get to your phone by changing your phone settings.
