Everyone can be the best at something. Last week, a middle school in Beijing 【小题1】 an activity called Guinness Campus （校园吉尼斯）to help students find their potential（潜力）.

“There are all kinds of projects you can take part in and all kinds of records for you to set,” said ninth grader Lin Yan. “I chose ‘Domino Tower’ 【小题2】 I have the most confidence in this.”

Students needed to 【小题3】 a tower using dominoes（多米诺骨牌）.Whoever built the tallest tower in one minute won. Lin set the record with 33 levels. “At first I didn’t do it very well, but after trying over and over again, I found some ways to do it much 【小题4】,” she said. “The game requires you to be both calm and patient. If you lose your temper（脾气）when the tower 【小题5】, you may lose the chance to win.”

Seventh grader Wang Shuangqi set a record for the longest juggle（颠球）of a soccer ball with one foot. He did it for 4 【小题6】 and 34 seconds. “I have been practicing juggling for three 【小题7】 four years, so I’m confident,” said Wang. “Juggling with only one foot needs balance and stability（稳定性）, and I’m talented 【小题8】 it.”

When asked if he was afraid that someone 【小题9】 would break his record one day, Wang said he was expecting that to happen. “During the activity, we keep reaching higher goals.If someone breaks 【小题10】 record, I’ll be even more encouraged to try harder, finding more potential within me.”

How are you? I go to school 【小题1】 Monday to Friday. We have 【小题2】 subjects—math, Chinese, English, art, history, P.E. and music. We have six 【小题3】 a day—four in the morning and two in the 【小题4】. My favorite subject is math. It is very interesting. My math teacher, Mr. Brown, is very 【小题5】 to me. He always 【小题6】 me. He tells me some good ways to do the exercises (练习题). I like music, too. I think it is relaxing. I don’t like 【小题7】. I can’t draw pictures.

Zhu Xiaolong, 35, teaches math at Weifang Central School. He is also a football coach for the students.

Speaking about his role, Zhu said, “I want to become the 【小题1】 football coach among math teachers, and the best math teacher among football coaches.”

Zhu became a football fan when he was very young. In 2013, he came up with the idea of starting a football club in the school. The next year, the first football club in his school was 【小题2】 up. However, it was hard to teach the students because most of 【小题3】 never touched football before.

“I plan my time 【小题4】 every day, making the most of every minute,” Zhu said. “While I was 【小题5】 to improve my math teaching, I also gave training for the football club at noon and during class breaks.”

Slowly, more and more children became 【小题6】 in football and joined the club. “Now football 【小题7】 become one of the most popular sports in our school, why not have a try?” the headmaster, Wang Shangwei, said to all 【小题8】.

In the last ten years, Zhu has taught more than 200 students football and guided the school team to 【小题9】 in several competitions.

“As a math teacher, I never thought that I could go this far in football teaching,” Zhu said. “No matter math or football, it is my job to help my students. I hope they could be healthy physically and mentally, and 【小题10】 their life.”
