One of the world’s oldest remedies is tea. You can use herbal teas for some kinds of simple illnesses, including stomachaches and sore throats. Some popular ingredients in home remedy teas are mint, ginger, garlic, honey, and lemon. All of these ingredients make a sore throat feel better and help you relax.
