Get enough sleep. Most people need about 7~9 hours of sleep each night. If you feel tired when you do an activity, or if you need to drink coffee to make you not sleep, you may not get enough sleep. It’s not easy to get enough sleep, but it is a must for good health.

Don’t exercise by yourself. When you exercise, ask a friend to go with you. He or she can encourage you when you feel tired. Then you will not stop exercising halfway (在中途).
