Are you interested in Chinese traditional arts? Do you want to learn how to make them by hand? If so, come and join our clubs this weekend in our school.

	Sky Lantern Club Sky Lanterns are made of bamboo and covered with paper. They were first used to ask for help when people were in trouble. Today, they are used to show happiness and good wishes. Time: Saturday 8:30 a.m.—10:30 a.m. Place: Building 3, Room 601
	Paper Cutting Club Paper Cutting turns a simple thing like a piece of paper into beautiful piece of art. Pictures about flowers, animals and so on are put on windows, doors and walls, as symbols of good wishes and good luck. Time: Saturday 9:00 a.m.—11:00 a.m. Place: Building 2, Room 502
	Chinese Knot Club Chinese knots are usually made of red and yellow ropes. They are used to express good wishes, including happiness, love, peace and so on. Time: Sunday 2:30 p.m.—4:30 p.m. Place: Building 3, Room 603

We provide summer English courses and you will enjoy coming to Los Angeles to learn about American culture and improve your English. The courses last for 4 weeks. They start at the beginning of July and August. Our teachers are very experienced. You can choose small groups of 2 or 3 students, or larger groups of up to 15 students. We provide weekly tests to see the progress you’re making. We also provide books and other materials. As well as learning English, you can also live with an American family and take part in American life. You will have meals with them and do some activities with them, too. This is the most interesting part of the course. Many families create friendships with the students. Of course, if you prefer, we can arrange hotel accommodation.

Of course, you can do many things in Los Angeles. Every day, we have activities after class. You can choose to take trips to Hollywood, Disneyland or the famous beaches around LA. You can also go to various shopping sports centers.
