Elsa comes from Canada. She usually gets up between 6:30 and 6:45. Then she gets dressed and has breakfast. School days start at 8:30 a.m. and finish at 3:30 p.m. Elsa usually goes to school at 7:50 a.m. It only takes her about 15 minutes to walk to school, so she is never late for school. In Canada, every student must learn French and English. But Elsa doesn’t like French, because it is not easy for her to learn well. After school, Elsa goes to the Art Club on Wednesday and Friday. On Thursday, she goes to the park. She practices soccer with other members of the soccer team there. In summer, Elsa enjoys swimming and riding a bike. In winter, she likes to go skating（滑冰）. It’s her favorite sport.

Today we had a discussion about “If you have only one day left”. All the students were very excited to take part in it. 【小题1】 Most students said they would stay at home and help their parents with the housework. They wanted to show love to their parents. If their parents hear what they have said, how happy they will be! Some students wanted to do something different such as helping others. 【小题2】 They thought if they helped more people, they would make their lives more meaningful. Only a few students said they would do nothing but just have a rest at home. They had too much to do every day. 【小题3】
