Healthy eating

Many students like ice-cream and hamburgers. But they are not healthy. Eat green vegetables and fruit every day. Apples, tomatoes and carrots are very good for us. Healthy eating isn’t only eating healthy food, but eating right. We must eat breakfast, and we can have vegetables and chicken for lunch, but don’t eat dinner too much and don’t eat too late.

Do sports

Many students like to watch TV or play computer games. They don’t like playing sports because they think it’s boring and difficult.   But it’s not right. Doing sports can make us well and happy. Let’s have good habits from now.
