In Thailand, Teachers’ Day is on January 16. On that day, students usually wear traditional clothes to school and they will give their teachers flowers.

People in India celebrate Teachers’ Day on September 5. On that day, some students will dress up like teachers and teach other students. And the students can know how hard it is to be a teacher.

No matter which country you are in, one thing is always the same. Always say thanks and show your love to your teachers. It makes our teachers happy and helps them do a good job.

Drink water and milk as often as possible. When you’re really thirsty, water is the No. 1 choice. Milk is a great drink, too. It can help you grow strong.

Listen to your body. Ask yourself if you are really hungry. If you really feel hungry, try to drink a glass of water first before you have meals. If you do so, you can eat less food. Remember to stop eating before you feel full.
