Teachers help us to be good students and people. So we should thank them for their hard work. Teachers’ Day is the best time for us to show our thanks. Different countries have different Teachers’ Day.
In China, we have Teachers’ Day on September 10. On that day we say thanks to our teachers. Some students give their teachers small gifts.
In the U.S., Teachers’ Day is the first week of May. Students have parties with gifts and snacks that week. They usually make cards and paintings for their teachers.
In Thailand, Teachers’ Day is on January 16. On that day, students usually wear traditional clothes to school and they will give their teachers flowers.
People in India celebrate Teachers’ Day on September 5. On that day, some students will dress up like teachers and teach other students. And the students can know how hard it is to be a teacher.
No matter which country you are in, one thing is always the same. Always say thanks and show your love to your teachers. It makes our teachers happy and helps them do a good job.
