What do you think of future school life? Here are four students’ dreams about school life.

	The class starts at 9 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m. There are only four lessons a day and we have to go to school three days a week. My dream school doesn’t give us any homework to do. The teachers teach us by playing with us. We need to get out of the classroom or do some experiments (实验) in the lab to find answers.
	My dream school is green and quiet. More trees and flowers should be planted and 80% of the school should be covered with green plants. We can play games, read books on the grassland. What is the best, I can paint pictures about the natural beauty. How amazing it is! When I feel tired, I can lie down and have a rest on the grassland.
	In the future, paper books may be useless. There will be more new educational programmes, for example, those on the radio, on TV or on the Internet. Children who live in faraway villages don’t have to go to school when the weather is bad. They can study at home. They can lie on their bed or eat food while they are listening to the lessons.

Look! This is a picture of my classroom. It’s big and clean. You can see Miss Green’s desk, 23 desks and chairs. In the picture there is a teacher, two girls and a boy.

The teacher is Miss Green. She is our English teacher. We like her very much. The girls are Lucy and Betty. They are 11 years old. The boy is Dave. He is 12 years old. They are my good friends. We go to school together every day.

Some books are on Lucy’s desk. A watch is on Dave’s desk. Two pens and two rulers are on it, too. His football is under the chair. A schoolbag is on the floor.

This term I came to(来到) NO. 8 Middle school. It is very beautiful and big. There are 34 classes, 120 teachers and 1800 students in the school.

In the middle of the school there is a tall building. It's for us to have classes. All the classrooms are there. There are some small rooms, too. They are offices for the teachers to work. All the teachers get ready for their lessons there.

In front of the tall building, there is a small one. It is the library. There are many books there. The teachers and the students like to read books in it. Sometimes they borrow books from it.

There is a dinning hall behind the tall building. Some of the students have lunch in it.

   I like my new school very much.
