Mountain Tai is the first mountain among the Five Famous Mountains in China. I think it is the most beautiful one that I 【小题1】 (see) so far.

More than two months ago, I took a vacation with a few 【小题2】 (friend). We climbed Mount Tai to see the sunrise there. The sunrise of Mount Tai is one of its four wonders. This was our fourth time here, but we enjoyed 【小题3】 (our) a lot.

After a short discussion, we decided to start at 11 p.m. so that we could reach the South Gate to Heaven around 3 a.m., about 2 hours 【小题4】 sunrise. When we arrived, the weather became much 【小题5】 (cold). We found that we were not alone on the top of the mountain, although it was still dark. Mount Tai is very popular with Chinese 【小题6】 (tour)!

【小题7】 4 a.m., a thick fog (雾) covered the top of the mountain. About 【小题8】 hour later, luckily enough, the thick fog began to disappear.

Then the sun began to make its way into the sky. The first ray of the sun 【小题9】 (appear). They turned from grey to white, from white to yellow, from yellow to orange, from orange to purple, from purple to red. During this time we all kept silent. The bright red morning sun was rising high. It started 【小题10】 (give) off millions of golden rays, strong and shining. Wow, what a wonderful sight!

I’m having a great time in Hong Kong. It’s a great p【小题1】 to visit and I’m lucky to be here for my six-month English course. Some other students are learning Japanese. What languages would you like to l【小题2】?

There’s just so much to see and do here. Last night I went to a Chinese musical concert (音乐会). Most of my friends like l【小题3】 music that they can dance to. I prefer q【小题4】, traditional music, so the concert suited me very well. What kind of music do you like?

Before the concert we went to a restaurant f【小题5】 Italian food. Do you like it? There are lots of d【小题6】 kinds of food here. I don’t know what to try next. What kind of food do you prefer?

More and more people go travelling in modern life, and they travel in different ways. Cycling is 【小题1】 most popular way, it’s fun everywhere, and bicycles don’t cost much.

Many people like to travel by car, too. You can start at any time as you want to. You can stop if 【小题2】 is something interesting, for example, at a good restaurant where you can enjoy a good meal 【小题3】 spend the night.

The fastest way of travelling is by plane. You can reach places in a few hours, so many people like to travel by plane. But the airport is usually far from the city, so you have to go there early and wait hours for the plane.

Travelling by train is slower than by plane, but you can see many interesting things on your way 【小题4】 the windows. So I like travelling by train 【小题5】 it takes a little more time.
