The weather is getting hot. People are beginning to wear shorts. That means only one thing—summer is almost here! Here are some good ideas to stay fit in this warm season:

Don’t spend the summer sitting on the couch (长沙发). Teenagers should get at least 60 minutes of physical activity every day. Summer is a great time to enjoy outdoor activities and play.
