Underwater Luoshen Dance “Pray” A traditional dance performance is shown online. The underwater dance, titled Pray《祈》, aired on Henan TV. The performance features the Goddess of the Luo River—a beauty who is best known from poetry (诗) written by Cao Zhi during the Three Kingdoms period. “Her body soars lightly like a light swan. Gracefully, like a dragon in flight (翩若惊鸿，婉若游龙),” Cao wrote. The two-minute dance was filmed in 26 hours. Dancer He Haohao is a former synchronized swimmer (花样游泳运动员). That might explain why she is able to dance so well underwater. Viewers said every frame (帧) of the video looks like a mural (壁画). Some also said it speaks to cultural confidence (自信).                        Shu Qiuhong opens a store selling hanfu—the traditional clothing of the Han ethnic group. “I have become friends with many customers as we have the same hobbies. We often exchange views on styles and production skills.” said Shu, adding that young consumers (消费者) are becoming more and more.
