The post-90s from the national medical team of Peking University in Hubei Province also came to the stage. They told their stories of fighting against COVID-19 through pictures, and showed the responsibilities of the young.

The stories of these speakers were so touching that the pupils’ eyes were full of tears. The viewers also said that they cried and praised the speakers as “heroes” and “the backbone of the nation”.

① Last July, China introduced the “Double reduction” policy（双减政策）. It hopes to cut down students’ learning burden（负担）by cutting down homework and after-school classes.
