First, I suggest you read books. After reading for a long time, you can increase your vocabulary quickly because you may meet the same word for many times. Second, you said you are a shy school girl. It is natural that you are afraid of speaking English in front of your teachers or classmates. I advise you to make conversations with your classmates and act them out. Then you’ll become brave.

Third, you can write down five or six new words on a card every day and place it on your desk. You can remember these words any time you like.
