Hello everyone, I’m Jack. As we all know, everyone needs to relax(放松) because sometimes people feel tired. Do you know how to relax? Here are my favourite ways to relax.

I am a big sports fan. So I often watch or play many kinds of sports. But my favourite is tennis. I find it really cool.

I like listening to music in my free time, too. My favourite is some beautiful piano music. Some people can’t do things well when listening to music, but for me, I think I can study better when listening to light music.

I also like visiting different kinds of places in China and other countries, and eating nice food there. It helps me to know more about the world.

These are my ways to relax in my life. You can try them.

Many people like animals and keep one or more as pets (宠物) — dogs, cats, or some kinds of birds. If you keep a dog or a cat as a pet, you must know how to look after it. A grown-up dog needs two meals a day — not more. And it can eat meat, rice and some other things. Dogs like large bones. But don’t give them any chicken bones. Remember to give them much clean water. A dog should have a clean, dry box for sleeping. Washing the dog once a week is good for its health. If it is ill, take it to a doctor. A healthy dog will bring you more pleasure. Be careful when you have a cat. It has two meals every day with some meat and fish. Cats drink a little milk every day. Sometimes give them vegetables to eat. Don’t forget that they also need clean water to drink.

Take good care of your pets. They will be your good friends. Maybe they can give you some help when you need.
