What foods do you eat every day? Do you eat healthy foods? U.S. Photographer Gregg Segal goes around the world. He asks kids what they eat each week. Then, he takes photos of the kids with their food, Times reports.
Segal wants to use the photos to tell kids to eat more healthily. Eating habits form when we’re young.
How can you tell if your food is healthy or not? One quick way is to see what colors are in your food. According to Times. Usually, white foods don’t have a lot of nutrition, such as bread and sugar. But foods with bright colors do, such as broccoli, carrots and blueberries.
For packaged foods, take a look at the ingredients. Try not to eat foods with more than five ingredients.
You can write down everything you eat for one week. If possible, take photos and notes of your meals. That way, you’ll have a clearer picture of what you eat.
