Hua Xiaoying, 56, is the woman behind “Mammy Hua’s Pickles(泡菜)”.

Hua was b【小题1】 in a small village in Ruijin, Jiangxi Province. Because her family was poor, Hua had to drop out of middle school. H【小题2】, Hua didn’t give up studying. She taught herself while she worked to help her family.
