Without coaches, getting good exercises at home can be difficult. Here are three common mistakes you should avoid overtraining.

Yoga is the most effective(有效果的)if a coach is present. But if you’d rather learn yoga through videos, it’s important to take it slow. Many video classes don’t offer the way to correct the poses. “If something doesn’t feel right, and you’re taking a pre-recorded class, back off,” Hempstead said, “Don’t go as far.”
