A little boy comes to a new city. His name is Peter. He lives with his parents. His family is very rich. They have a driver and a cook, and they also have a lot of other servants(佣人).

Peter is going to a new school. On the first day his mother says to him,“Peter, be modest at your new school. Don’t say we are rich.”And Peter says,“Yes, mum.”

Peter goes to school. The first lesson is a talking lesson. The topic(话题) is “My family”. Peter says in class. “My name is Peter. My family is very poor(穷). Both my father and my mother are very poor. Our driver is poor and all the other servants are poor.”

Eason is a famous singer. He lives in a beautiful old house alone. The house has a long history — it’s about 150 years old. From his big window, he can see the wonderful sea. Eason shows no interest in what to wear. People always see him wear a pair of jeans and a T-shirt. He has two pairs of jeans, one jacket and three T-shirts.

Eason often gets up at about 9:30 in the morning. He only has some milk for breakfast. Then he sits on the sofa and plays the guitar. He plays it really well!

There is a food store near Eason’s house. For lunch, he goes there and buys hamburgers, juice and chicken. After lunch, he sings and writes songs. He admires (赞赏) singers in the 1970s, like Lou Reed and Leonard Cohen. He doesn’t watch TV. He thinks watching TV is boring.

In the evening, Eason goes out with his friends. They have dinner together and they always have a good time.

Bill is a seven-year-old boy. He is a good boy, 【小题1】. But he can’t get up early. He can’t get up until (直到) nine or ten o’clock in the morning.
