This is called procrastination (拖延症). You often feel down when you procrastinate. Most of the things that you procrastinate on aren’t actually difficult to do. You just avoid starting them for one reason or 【小题2】. So, what can you do about it?

First, if it takes less than two minutes, then do it now. For example, washing your dishes right away after your meal, taking out the rubbish immediately when the bin is 【小题3】. It’s surprising that how many things we put 【小题4】could be done in 2 minutes.

Can all the 【小题5】 be achieved in less than 2 minutes? Of course not. As for big goals, divide them into small ones. For example, you are a student who can only get 60 in math, 【小题6】 you have set the goal of reaching the top 3 in your grade. This is crazy! Also, remember you are not fighting 【小题8】. It’s not easy to keep going with nobody supporting you, and gradually you may lose confidence and give up. You can ask your classmates, your friends and even your teachers and parents for help and support.
