Michelle, a famous lady, has found that more than 25% students are too fat in her country. It is a very serious problem. So she starts a health program to deal with it. The health program is to reduce (减少) the amount (数量) of fat students today and in the future.

They eat Turkey, corn, and Indian pudding because their ancestors ate them at the first Thanksgiving. Those foods mean something to Americans.
As you can see, food and eating mark people’s shared experiences, but they can also mark the differences. In that sense, we truly are what we eat.
