It is great to find a way to lose weight(减肥)when you are at work. Luckily, my friend told me how to do it during the workdays. So I make a plan.
Step 1. Pack a lunch
I am going to bring lunch to work. My lunch will be healthy food. This will help me stop eating hamburgers or fast food for lunch.
Step 2. Take a walk
I usually sat and talked with my workmates in the office after lunch in the past. Now I am going to walk around in the street after lunch.
Step 3 Go to the gym
There is a gym near my workplace. So I am going to spend 30 minutes exercising on Tuesday and Friday after work in the afternoon.
Step 4 Find a diet(节食)friend
One of my friend in the office is going to lose weight, too. We are going to eat and do exercise together. I think it will be easy to lose weight.
