Henry is a classmate of mine. He and I sit beside each other in the classroom and we usually stay together during the break. We 【小题1】 each other since we were five years old.

Henry is a smart boy and he is good at all the 【小题2】 at school. He’s also friendly to others. So, it’s not surprising that he is often 【小题3】 as the best student by our teacher. Henry is also a 【小题4】 boy. Not long ago, when Henry found that some of our classmates were lagging behind (落后) in 【小题5】 lessons, he volunteered to help them .

He didn’t mind staying after school to go over the lessons with them. A few weeks they 【小题6】 caught up with (赶上) the other classmates and they were very thankful to Henry.

One day, as Henry and I were on our way home from school, a 【小题7】 man was walking in our direction. 【小题8】 we walked past him, he stopped and tried to reach out to us. He asked us for directions to his friend’s house. As usual, Henry didn’t hesitate (迟疑) to help the man. His friend’s home was just around the corner, so Henry offered to 【小题9】 him there.

“Helping others makes me 【小题10】 happy,” Henry often says. In my opinion, everyone should learn from Henry.

I’d like to thank you for 【小题1】 money to Animal Helpers, an organization set up to help 【小题2】 people. For sure you have helped make it possible for me to have Lucky, which has filled my life with 【小题3】.

Lucky is a(n) 【小题4】 trained dog for the disabled. It is a good name for him 【小题5】 I feel very lucky to have him. Being blind, 【小题6】 and unable to use my hands easily are the challenges(挑战) I face. Lucky helps me open and close doors, carry things and even answer the telephone. He 【小题7】 me up a lot.

I’ll send you a photo of him if you like, and I could 【小题8】 you how he helps me, too. And I thank you again for supporting Animal Helpers. It is 【小题9】 that this organization can get money from kind people to help those in need. Your donation is greatly appreciated(被感激的) and the money is well used to help disabled people 【小题10】 me.

“Happy” is a special 【小题2】 monkey for the disabled. It is a good name for him. I feel very happy to have him. Being unable to use my hands easily is the main difficulty I face. “Happy” helps me to do many things, like opening and shutting the doors, 【小题3】 things and even answering the telephone.
