Very few people enjoy exams. I don’t, either. When I have an exam, I am always too worried about it. So I’m not surprised when I find that my students worry about them. As a student, it’s impossible for you not to worry about exams at all, but at least you should try not to worry too much. Good students never study hard only a few days before an exam. They study hard all the time. Remember that it is impossible to learn everything at the last minute.

Then what should you do? If you start to study for each exam early, you will be able to say “How easy the exam is!” Then you will be more confident about yourself.

▲ Take a short rest during your study. If you are too tired, you can’t remember things well. Then you should have a short rest for about ten minutes after you study for an hour. Then you can remember things much faster.
