Procrastination is a way of thinking that lets one put off doing something that should be done now. It’s like a voice inside your head that keeps coming up with ideas for things to do right now other than studying: “I can study anytime, but tonight is the only chance I have to do….” or “ 【小题1】”

There are different possible solutions for procrastination. Different solutions work for different people.

Procrastination is usually a habit. 【小题2】 Every time you overcome the feeling of procrastination, the habit becomes weaker.

People all over the world eat eggs. Most of the eggs we eat come from hens. Eggs are easy to cook. They can be cooked in lots of ways such as fried or hard-boiled. Eggs can be used with other things to make cakes and ice-cream.

Protect yourself from dangers.

Watch out the steps while you go out. Follow the teacher’s words and the steps in book if you make experiments (实验) in the classroom. Remember to warm up your body before running or exercising. Keeping away from a large group of people can always help you keep safe.

Never do any of the following.

·Stand too close to the buildings on windy days.

--Some of the broken glass (玻璃) from the windows may fall on you.

·Run after others while going up or down stairs (楼梯).

--You are taking your life in your hands.
