Cha has a theory about writing an interesting story: “To
make a lie believable, you’d better to tell 10 true things       【小题9】
with it.” This theory works well for Cha’s writing.
Cha’s books bring readers joy. However, his real aim in
writing novels is to show traditional Chinese values.
“Traditional values show through the characters       【小题10】
and their stories, not by lecturing (告诫) readers,” he said.
