The winter holiday is usually a good time to sleep in. But Gao Yuqi, a 14-year-old boy from Jiangsu, got up at 7 a.m. to run at least 2 kilometers every day during the holiday.

It’s supposed to be very good for your back.

Whatever kind of yoga you choose, there are surely some health benefits, and you should have fun too.

To keep healthy, many people go to work on foot. When they start walking, they open the step count app in their phones to record(记录) how many steps they walk that day. After a day’s walk, some people show the number on WeChat or Weibo. This can make them learn from each other and keep exercising. A reporter interviewed(采访) some people.

“This helps me to exercise much and keep a good habit,” Miss Liu said. “We also have a group to encourage each other to keep exercising.”
