I’m Wang Gang. Now, I’m studying in London and I have many new friends here. From Monday to Friday, I have English, math, physics and P.E. in the morning. I like English and physics because they’re interesting. I don’t like math. It’s boring. At noon, I have lunch at school. I usually have two classes in the afternoon, art and computer. School is over at 3:30 p.m. After school, my friends and I always play soccer on the playground. And then we go home by bus.

On weekend, I have no classes. I often go to the movies on Sunday. I see movies twice a month.

Linda: I studied for my English test on Saturday. On Sunday evening I talked to my pen pal on the phone.

Tim: I had a good time. On Saturday morning I played tennis, in the afternoon I went to the beach, and in the evening I went to Nancy’s birthday party. On Sunday I went to the mountains with my friends.

Mary: Oh, your weekend was great. But mine was boring. I stayed at home the whole weekend. I cleaned my room and washed my clothes. I even watered the flowers. And I only watched TV for a short time in the evening.

Dave: I stayed at home and watched TV on Saturday. Yesterday I watched a movie on TV. It was very exciting.

I’m writing this letter to tell you about the weekend of my family.

It is Saturday today, so I don’t have to go to school. We are doing different kinds of things now. My grandparents are walking in the park. My father is cleaning his red car in the yard. And my mother is cooking in the kitchen, she can make nice food. Guess! Where is my sister, Lin Yang? Aha, she is in her study. Is she drawing a picture? No, She is listening to English music. We are all busy now. Oh, tomorrow we will go shopping in the shopping hall.
