Allan Maman was a 17-year-old boy from the USA. When fidget spinners（指尖陀螺）first came out, he got really interested. He bought some online. When he got them, he found that they were of poor quality（质量）. Instead of waiting for someone else to make something better, he decided to make one for himself.
Allan found the way to make it online and tried to make one with his high school's 3D printer（打印机）. With the help of his science teacher, Allan made his first fidget spinner!
