How Foreigners Can Get COVID-19 Vaccinations in Shenzhen
Online reservations (预约) Foreigners can schedule a COVID-19 vaccinations (疫苗接种) by following the WeChat Official Account ‘jkshenzhen’. Afterwards, click ‘Services’>‘For Foreigners’. Phone reservations will be accepted if an online reservation fails. Vaccinations will not be provided for those without a reservation. | |
Cost The vaccination costs RMB100 per person for those without medical insurance (保险). Those who have bought medical insurance can receive the vaccination for free. | Place The city now has eight vaccination sites (点) for foreigners. They will also remain open during the Labor Day holiday from May 1-5. |
Type The vaccination offered is “an inactivated SARS-CoV-2 called Vero Cell. You can choose the manufacturer (生产商) (Sinovac, CanSino, Zhifei, Beijing Biology, Wuhan Biology) you prefer in the reservation. | Second Shot (注射) You can get the second shot three to eight weeks after the first shot.
