Who lived in the forest;
His greatest love
Was honey(蜂蜜).
He had two pence(便士) a week
Which he never could save,
So he never had
Any money.

Till he got a pound,
Then he spent it all

With an average size of 19 centimeters and an average weight of only 40 grams, the light-vented bulbul (白头鹎) can be found in many Asian countries including South Korea and Vietnam. Recently, it has made China its preferred living place.
The bulbul has a black crown with white patches (白斑) on top and on both cheeks (脸颊). Near its back, the black crown turns into light grey. The grey color mixes with deep smart green feathers that make its wings beautiful. The throat is white which turns grey over the stomach. The tail is long compared with its whole body, covered in deep green feathers.
This lovely bird has got used to living in the human environments. It can be found throughout Shenzhen and even in the most crowded areas of the city. Its special call can be heard all year round. It feeds mainly on fruits, new leaves, and flying insects.

They usually move around at night, looking for food. In the hot daytime, they go to sleep in the cool shade of the trees. Elephants are kind animals.
