Sitting in the classroom, I felt nervous.

Our teacher pointed at the blackboard and gave us instructions. Looking around, I watched as my classmates lowered their heads and started writing. A young man was driving down a suburban(郊区的)street, going a bit too fast in his new car. There were many __________ playing between the cars parked on the side of the street.
