Yesterday, I posted a story and afterwards donated a little money after I read others’ sad stories. Later, as I got into bed and completed my _________ and self-examination on the day, I came to the realization that I was _________ money. Wow! It was just a _________ to see this in myself.

It is _________ enough that in the real world I have money in the bank but don’t give away _________. I don’t have a lot of money,_________ enough to pay my bills and help my daughters. Also I save some money for a _________ day. I know I could give more but _________ and fed some comfort in a little pile of money. I’m quite _________ to see in myself that it is hard to practice the beautiful __________ in the real world. With so many people waiting to be helped, it was pretty terrible for me to __________ how much I __________ seeing that little pile of money in my hands. There were times when I wanted to be a fashion designer, a model or a rock star but I gave up on all of them halfway. The only thing I stuck with was _________ .

That’s why this"100 Days of Self Love" project was both such a(n) _______and a challenge.

The_______ I set for myself were simple: one self-portrait(自画像）a day for 100 days. ___________my own advice, I wanted to achieve something _________of my day job._________ did I get a sketchbook（素描本） to keep forever out of this project，but I also got a little better with my work ethic（道德标准），___________ my skills and learned some ___________ lessons. Besides ,I ___________ to myself that I could do it .I learned to look at myself.

In our self－obsessed（沉迷于自我的）____________，we take pictures of our face__________ without a second thought. I wanted to find out the __________of "self” and see what I could learn . I quickly____________ that I never looked at my face so ____________ .

By about day 20,I got a good sense of what I looked like. I could draw myself pretty well. My face was __________to me ----instead of just being the image in the mirror.

Drawing my face every day for 100 days was difficult. But I __________it! I now have a sketchbook that I could keep for years. Although things are not__________, I' m still proud that I finished this project.

This project was a good __________ that if I set my __________ on something ----and if I' m actually crazy about it ---I can do it.

I've come to the conclusion that I'm terrible at saying "No". For example，last Sunday I was sitting at my desk alone，totally________in my own business，when a colleague of mine phoned and asked me to get involved in________with her. I found myself getting all caught up in her enthusiasm and didn't want to________her. So I said "Sure，why not？" even before the talk________

I found myself agreeing，without giving any________whether it was worth doing. We are both window-shoppers who go to shops but buy nothing and________a whole day in the street. Actually，I hardly have any time to spare because I am very busy________my normal job-I've also got a book to write，a business to________and a family to look after. And then there are my other projects to________—my voluntary work and a couple of other interesting investments that I want to_________.I'm going to have to be more ruthless（残酷无情的）and not just agree to_________people ask me to get involved in. In other words，I'm going to have to get_________at saying "No". Usually I hate saying "No"，because having to disappoint someone usually_________me.
