I think honesty is a important part of life. Lack of honesty lead to all kinds of problem. For example, if you lie to your friends, you will have to work hard to win back his trust. And if you can't depend them to tell you the truth, then your friendship is unlikely to lasting.

Honesty at work is just as important. A person which doesn't value honesty is a bad partner. Most people work in teams and if you cannot trust a partner, the team would break down.

In a word, it is my belief that honesty in our life is very much important. Without it, our life would become great unpleasant.
