I love sports. My classmates and I often play basketball in my out-of-class activities. Last Friday morning I finish my PE test. As a boy, I was joined in two parts, the long jump and the 1,000-meter race. I was better at the 1,000-meter race, where took me 5 minutes and 20 seconds. But I didn’t do well at the long jump. I only jumped 4.5 meter. I love sports so much because they can not only make my body stronger, and also let me keep optimistic all the time. While exercised, I can get a strong sense of successful. I can get excited and confident. In word, sports are my favorites.

I know many interested neighbours. One of us is Miss Tan. Most of my neighbours drive or took public transport to work. However, Miss Tan walks to her office every mornings. Although it quite a distance away from her home, she walks daily to keep fit. Miss Tan is always energetic and I admire her for her determination to stay healthily.

For the Covid-19 pandemic, exercising seems to be impossible. However, Miss Tan and her family has been doing simple workouts in the comfort of her home. Miss Tan believes that a fit body is important for work or life. It also makes people to feel productive.

My favorite basketball player is LeBron James, which is one of the world’s most powerful athlete. What makes the superstar specially is that he is an outstanding team player. He encourages good teamwork and does everything he can make sure of winning games. So far, he had won four Most Valuable Player awards or three championship rings. Last year, he was traded to Los Angeles and joined in the Lakers. Now he works even hard than before, hope to make his new team better. Can he lead my team back to glory in the future?
