In general, our houseparents are annoyed for boys students in dormitories. I didn't begin to like our houseparents until one night in last week. I was asleep when my alarm clock drops onto the floor and were broken into pieces. After the while, the houseparent on duty opened the door and rushed in. Instead blaming me, he asked me anxious what was going on. Before making sure I was OK, he asked me to go back to sleep and cleaned up itself. Since then, I have completely changed my opinion of our houseparents. They are like our parents, kept all of us safe.

This afternoon, we hold a class meeting to say goodbye to Zhang Qiang, who was going to study abroad. At the beginning, he made a briefly speech to express his true love for the class and his wish everlasting friendship with us. We were all moved to tear. Then came the moment to present him with a special gift, a heart-shaped board with some photos recorded the unforgettable days when we had spent together. Afterwards, we signed our names on his T-shirt expressing his best wishes.

At last, we had a photo taking to record this precious moment. True friendship won’t be weakening by distance. We’ll surely miss him and we all wish him a good luck in the future.

Being a teacher is not easy job. A teacher who has to play too many roles as an educator, a guide, a conductor, a director and sometimes a parent, either! We all have at least one favorite teacher more like a friend to us in our lives, but we are always sincerely grateful to them for all the love and guidance. The hard work, time and patience that teachers devote with students, without doubt, is beyond compare. They are simply strong pillars behind building any nation. They work tireless without any complaint to enrich the lives of on-going generations. To acknowledge the amazing value of their efforts, we are supposed to send them special cards or gifts on their graduation day. In this way, we would be able to deliver our thanks to those inspirational teacher in a most beautiful manner.
