When is the right time to get kids involved in teamwork and what does it mean to be part of a team? There are many great ways to introduce kids to team building. Use team building games and activities to get kids to understand the meaning of being in a team.

Try to find some games that have kids work together on some kind of problem solving. Children naturally have a shorter attention span (一段时间) than adults so present it in a funny way. Create a reward system for teams that are able to work together in order to reach a common goal. When they solve the problem and receive a reward, it gives them initiative to keep working hard and cooperating with others. The best games are those that require direct communication between team members.

Organize a game of 20 questions for the kids to play while building a team. Draw up a series of cards with different questions on each. Have each child select a card and then ask another question on it casually. It’s a great way for the kids to share and discover common interests. Kids need to be entertained and social when in a large group. This will lighten the mood greatly and help the quieter team members to come out of their shells.

Have the kids sit in a circle or around a table and share their favorite things. Start with something like movies or books and move on to anything from toys to animals. Sharing interests creates discussion. When you share interests with someone, it is easier to relate to them. Kids finally want to be friends with most other kids. Encouraging them to get along socially is always positive. By sharing interests they can form valuable bonds that will serve them as both individuals and as a team.

Are you afraid of failure? However, only by overcoming fear of failure can we achieve success in life. Here are some tips on how to remove fear and focus on success:

Understand that at times you make mistakes 【小题1】 Before any of us learned how to walk, we crawled(爬行). We got up, fell down own and got up again. We continued the process until we could walk quite well.

【小题2】 Instead, view it as a stepping stone. Make certain that you learn from failure and then use what you have learned in future situations. Refuse to consider failure a character weakness. Doing so will only prevent you from achieving future success.

Remember that failure has produced many successes. 【小题3】 Albert Einstein's teacher told him to quit school and said, "Einstein, you will never achieve anything!" Beethoven's music teacher said he was hopeless to become composer(作曲家). Henry Ford's' first two car companies failed.

Appreciate the benefits of failure. Ralph Waldo Emerson said, "All life is an experiment. The more experiments you try, the better you make." It's hardly possible for someone to achieve success for the first time he tries. 【小题4】

Believe in yourself. Rather than give up when things don't work out, take it as a chance to build perseverance(坚持不懈). Remind yourself how many failures became successful because they wouldn't give up. 【小题5】

A.Don't take failure personally.
B.Work hard and try to avoid(避免)failure.
C.Realize that you are human and humans make mistakes.
D.Believe that you've got what it takes to work through the difficult times.
E.Making the same mistake again can lead to the failure in your future work.
F.Consider how many people in history had failed before they became successful.
G.In other words, your chances of getting things right on the first try are little.

What’s top of your list of new year resolutions for 2016? Do more exercise? Eat better? Spend more time with your children? Find a fulfilling career? How about ticking all your boxes and simply be happy?【小题1】Happiness is often an indirect consequence of our actions and the way we think. However, the good news is that making even the smallest adjustments can help us attain that kind of state we all want to achieve. Rachel Kelly, author of Walking on Sunshine, offers some simple changes we can all make to our lives to improve our state of mind.

◆Be mindful.【小题2】It can be any routine activity you perform during the rush of the day, like hand washing. Slow down and give the task your full attention. You’ll soon start appreciating these small moments of stillness.

◆Follow the 60% rule. Perfectionism is an illusion, but the pursuit of it is real and can have damaging consequences.【小题3】If a friendship, relationship, work project is 60% right, then you’re doing well.

◆Breathe when things get too much, try the one-finger-on-the-nose breathing trick.【小题4】Then just breathe through the other nostril. By halving the rate at which you breathe, you lower your blood pressure and trigger (引发) the body’s relaxation response.

◆Exercise. Breaking a sweat, ideally the first thing in the morning, releases a chemical in the brain to reduce pain, and which in large amounts can make you feel relaxed and energetic and sets you up for the day.【小题5】

A.So readjust your thinking.
