I was happy enough with that I was doing. In the fall of 2021, I got interesting in changing up my game. This time around, I wanted to focus on getting strong than ever before and building muscles. I had been moved to a building near a park, and in October I begin running around the lake in the park twice a day. That was approximately 4 mile in total. I was pleasantly surprised by how easily running became, and by the effect just running had for my body. Running had great impact on both my mental and physical healthy.

Hello, everyone! It’s my great honor to talk with the benefits of Taichi, my favorite physical activities.

To begin with, Taichi helped stretch our muscles, improves our body’s range of movements and makes us to have a lower risk of diseases. What’s more, Taichi can help us get over negative feelings whatever we feel sad.

But as for me, a year of practising Taichi has positive effect on my everyday life. I sleep well at night and I am more energetic during the day. Besides, Taichi has taught us to relax my mind, enabling me to stay calmly in stressful situations. I am sure I’ll continue to practise Taichi but enjoy the benefits it has brought me.

One of my hobbies is running. I really like running so first of all it's very cheap. It doesn't cost you any money. You can do it anywhere, as example, on a city street. If you run a lot, maybe three or four times a week, you will definite stay in shape. When you run, it's very important drink lots of waters. You should drink a lot of the water before you run and then maybe you should drink a little when you run, if you ran for more than 30 minutes. Naturally, stretch is very important. Most people actually stretch before you run, and I like to stretch after I run .
