I lived in my hometown ten years before. It was a quiet and beautiful village with green tree and clean water. I miss the days spend in my hometown so much.

When I was in my hometown, I always wake up early in the morning. Some people took a walk around while others was doing their farm work. I used to go to the hill nearby with my grandpa on every day with a little dog following them. There I’d like to play the dog while my grandpa was taking care of his fruit trees. Sometimes I would go to the river to catch fish. What happy I was!

I will keep the beautifully memory forever.

My grandparents live in the countryside. They keep a dog calling Zippy. One day my grandparents go to work in the field, taking along my little brother and Zippy. Hearing about him barking, my grandparents hurried there and saw Zippy swimming towards the bank carrying my brother. Zippy did all he could save my little brother, that moved all the people present. Mrs Smith heard her new neighbor would come and moved into his new house, but she hadn’t seen him. One day when she came back, she saw a man wear a brown hat and dark glasses carrying a ladder on his shoulder. The man put the ladder against the window of the new house and went up to break in the window. Mrs Smith said to himself, “Thief, it is a thief.” She rang up the police immediate and soon two policemen appeared in the front of the house. When the man was told to hand in everything what he had stolen, he looked greatly surprising. It was then he understood the reason why the policemen came. He said in a smile on his face, “I can’t find my key. It’s my new house.”

I still remember that at the age of twelve, I was asked to deliver a speech entitled An Unforgettable Experience before the whole class! How terrible shy I was the moment when I thought of that. I had no choice but prepare for it, though. First, I drafted the speech, which was easy. But the hardest part lies in my oral presentation. The real moment began as I stood on the platform with my legs trembled and my mind blank. But my listener were waiting patiently. Gradually I found myself back, giving my speech fluently. After which seemed to be ages, I found my audience applauding. I made it! From then on, my fear disappeared. Actually with your confidence building up, I now turn out to be the great speaker. Looking back, I know the greatest difficulty on the way to success is fear. Overcome it, or you will be able to achieve your goals.
