First,listen to the outer voice.Although your inner voice can be useful,it can also get in 【小题3】 way of learning.Active learners are open-minded and tend to focus 【小题4】 the outer voice.Second,argue with your inner voice.If you find your inner voice difficult 【小题5】 (control),you can argue with it as most active learners do.Be flexible in your opinions and you might end up 【小题6】 (agree) with the speaker/writer after all.Third,ask questions.Asking questions is the 【小题7】 (easy) way to promote active learning.The answers will lead you to further learning,and the very act of working out questions will help you to achieve a higher level of understanding about the topic.Fourth,get to the truth.Active learners do not accept everything they learn.They attempt to find the 【小题8】 (true) at the heart of each idea.Finally,focus on the message.Many people refuse to learn or ignore what 【小题9】 (say) because of who the speaker/writer is.Active learners do not judge people 【小题10】 (base) on first impressions or personal feelings.Instead,they separate the message from the messenger.

Educating boys and girls together has always been an important and stressful issue. Although same-sex schools 【小题3】 (consider) too conservative and strict in today’s times, nevertheless, there are still supporters of this manner of education. On 【小题5】 other hand, supporters of co-education feel that as boys and girls are different, it is a valuable experience for both genders 【小题6】 (contact) each other. Moreover, the earlier boys and girls begin to communicate, the sooner they acquire social skills, 【小题7】 are crucial to communicating freely in the world. Further, if there are girls in the class, boys may well possibly try to do better in order not to lose face in front of the girls.

Apart from all that has been mentioned above, educating boys and girls together 【小题8】 (help) them understand and mutually respect each other from an early stage in life.
