Last week, I quarrel with my parents about spending too much time in my cellphone. I felt exhausting that day, and became very angry even though they talked to me in a friend way.

I now feel ashamed and am writing with this article to apologise. There are people in the world I value, such as teacher and friends. Also, the most precious people to me is my parents. It is them who raised me and gave me a happy life. I want them to know that I'm deeply sorry and will try to be good person and make them proud.

I lacked self-confidence while I was young, but climbing with my father changed me completely. One day, he leads me to the foot of a mountain. Seeing the high mountain, and I fearfully said, “I’m afraid I can't make it to the top.” Looking in my eyes, Father said gentle, “Never will you know what you can do until you try. Just try your best and you can make. ” With his encourage, I decided to have a try. Step to step I followed him and finally climbed to a top of the mountain. Can you imagine how exciting I was when I did what I had thought was impossible? Ever since I’ve realized that I can achieve my goal if I believe in me.

The person I'm extremely thankful is my father.Every morning, when he gets up early to prepare a healthy breakfast for my family.Whatever busy he is, he will drive me to and from school, whether it was rainy or sunny.Whenever I am blue or feel anxious about my grades, he will take me to a park, or invite me to see the movie to help me get relaxing.Besides, the positive view he hold of life has an everlasting influence on myself.I'm a happy and confidence student because of his care or consideration.
