Walking in the park of Helanshan Rock Art Relics in Yinchuan, Ningxia Hui autonomous region is like 【小题1】 (take) a wander through history. One can’t help but be amazed at the number of artworks and carvings on the rocks at the entrance to the Helan Mountains.

Altogether, about 6,000 carvings 【小题2】 (find) in the park area since the 1970s. And in the Helan Mountains region, more than 25,000 【小题3】 (piece) have been discovered. On the last day of our week-long stay, we【小题9】(invite) to attend a private concert on a beautiful farm on the North Shore under the stars,【小题10】(listen) to musicians and meeting interesting locals.

Few countries have as rich of a history and civilization as Egypt, so it’s no surprise that the Grand Egyptian Museum(GEM), which 【小题1】 (expect) to open later this year, will be the largest archaeological museum in the world. “Now many sites are getting improved,” says Egyptologist Nora Shawki. “Even 【小题8】 (go) to the pyramids is more convenient, with electric 【小题9】 (bus) getting you there and more dining places and better services.”

Though it suffered during the COVID-19 pandemic, Egypt has a strong tourism infrastructure (基础设施), making trips here 【小题10】 (easy) than you might expect.
