Gardening has been around for as long as humans have been growing food. Today it is known for its health benefits. Focusing attention on the tasks and details of gardening can reduce negative thoughts and feelings and make you feel better.
You can include gardening in your life in many ways.
Decide what you want to grow.
Grow plants indoors. You don’t need to own land to start gardening.
Not every plant will grow exactly how you want or expect. Almost every gardener will have problems growing and caring for their plants at some point.

I wrote a business letter one day. I gave it to my husband for suggestions. After reading the letter, he felt that there were some problems in my letter. I told him I needed more information, but he said he wasn’t sure. Then he reread the letter and made notes. I took the letter and revised it. As I was writing, I could see my letter improved based on his suggestions. Again, I handed the letter back to my husband proudly and confidently. But he said it was still not right. I was a little annoyed and said some bad words to him.
Many people may have the same reaction when they experience the same situation. It’s normal that people don’t like objection or critical words. However, we should hold a right attitude towards these words: Analyze the objection and listen to critical words with an open mind.
I then picked up the letter. After an hour of revision, I went back to my husband contritely. I told him I was sorry for what I had said. And after he read the letter again, he declared that it was fine.
That leads me to the following: When you ask for advice on a project, be grateful. Understand that the suggestions you get may be negative. Understand that it may mean more work for you. And keep in mind that the final responsibility for the project is still yours. So be modest and thankful even if he or she has noted some problems.

Students who have pre-paid the enrollment fee
9:00 a.m.to 10:00 a.m.(no later)you should visit the foyer of the Old Chapel building to receive your new student information kit.Once you have your kit,you are not required until 10:30 a.m.,so you can relax in the Student Centre until you are called over the PA system.
Students who are yet to pay the enrollment
Go directly to the Admissions Centre and be prepared to pay your enrollment fee($150 cash only)to the New Admissions Officer.You will be asked for your address and your preadmission student number(the number on your green enrollment acceptance advice slip).Note that this is NOT the number which is later displayed on your student card.Once you have paid your enrollment fee, follow the instructions above for students who have pre-paid their fee.
Student Cards
Student cards will not be issued until Thursday.Photographs,however,will be taken on Monday afternoon.Make your way to the Library at the following times:
1:00 p.m.-Film and Photographic Arts
1:45 p.m.-Marketing
2:30 p.m.-Travel&-Tourism
3:15 p.m.-Hotel Hospitality
4:00 p.m.--Fashion&Design
4:45 p.m.-all other Art students
Photographs of students in all other courses will be taken Tuesday afternoon.
Welcome Address
The Director of the college will address all new students in the Main Hall at around 10:45 a.m.When you hear the announcement that directs you to assemble in the Main Hall,make your way swiftly past the canteen area,through the courtyard and into the Hall.No food or drinks are allowed in the Main Hall.
Lunch
The canteen is situated on the ground floor of the student building.Since the canteen is also used by members of the public,you will be asked to produce your enrollment acceptance advice slip.Failure to do this will result in all purchases being charged for at non-discount prices.Cooked lunches,are,served only between 12:15 p.m.and.1:30 p.m.
Student Information Kits
The latest student information kit contains a 52-page booklet which tells you where you should go in the afternoon.Look on page three to find the course you have enrolled in,and follow the instructions given.Areas designed for the various tutorial sessions for each course are listed on page 4 to 6.If you are required to have your photograph taken during a group tutorial session,quietly excuse
yourself,and return to the session as soon as possible.

How do you work smarter and keep work-related pressures from getting to you? A number of possibilities exist.
1.Take a real vacation. Completely being away from work is one of the best ways to recharge your batteries. Any kind of change of scene will help. Taking a class, helping an elderly relative — anything that lets you get off the boring work will help you feel like yourself again.
2.Work out, no matter what. Giving yourself a pass from working out just because you have a busy day is a terrible idea.

4.Create. Learning how to create in business or anything else can be a tremendous contributor to feeling in control. Identify a creative attempt to apply yourself to and commit yourself to it.
5.Learn to not be hard on yourself. Guilt is one of the most unproductive emotions that one can experience. If you have not been working as well as you would like, being severely self-critical will not help you improve.
